BSK Coilwrap is a revolutionary high-strength film used on automated packing lines to protect high value steel coils and other metals from risk of scratches, corrosion, dirt, dust, water etc during transportation, handling and storage.

How it works:

Coilwrap is a direct substitute for stretch-film, and can be used on automated packing lines using coilmaster machines packing through the bore of the coil. Alternatively coilwrap can be made to run on rotating-arm packing machines, wrapping around the steel coil.

With a highly effective pre-coated adhesive strip system, each wrap of film is well tacked down with no adhesive coming into contact with the coil surface. 100% of the film surface is in contact with the metal therefore ensuring effective VCI corrosion protection.

Coilwrap grades:

A range of grades to suit individual customers is available in different thicknesses, colours, with or without print, VCI and non-VCI treated, and in a range of roll dimensions.
